Seniors enjoy visit with Paws Crossed adoptables

Some senior citizens at Country Place Senior Living facility got a much-needed holiday treat recently.

Edie Kelley with Paws Crossed Dog Rescue, brought two of the 60 adoptable dogs to the facility to visit with the residents.

Millie and Miley enjoyed getting some special treatment during their visit with the residents. The two dogs are sisters and are inseprable — that means they are looking for a home that will take both of them.

The event was held in an effort to publicize the dogs and others with the Rescue organization hoping to find “furever” homes for the holidays.
