In Brewton Babe Ruth action Monday night at T.R. Miller, the Orioles rolled over the Yankees 20-2 while the Cardinals edged out the Indians 4-2.
With the wins by the Orioles and the Cardinals Monday, there is a three-way tie for first place.
The Cardinals, Orioles and Indians are all 2-1 while the Yankees fell to 1-3. The Pirates were off Monday night and set at 1-2.
In games Tuesday and Thursday last week in Babe Ruth action, The Orioles improved to 1-1 as they dropped the Cardinals in their first game of the 2011 season 7-4 Tuesday night. In the second game Tuesday, the Yankees picked up their first win as they gave the Pirates their first loss with an 8-1 win.
In Thursday games, the Indians improved to 2-0 with a 10-3 win over the Pirates while the Cardinals evened their record to 1-1 with a 6-4 win over the Yankees.
Tuesday night games saw the Cardinals take on the Pirates while the Indians and Orioles played the night game.
Thursday games will have the Yankees playing the Indians at 5:30 p.m. in East Brewton while the Pirates play the Orioles at 7:30 p.m.

Orioles 20, Yankees 2
The Orioles pounded out 10 hits and scored 20 runs while the Yankees had five hits and made seven errors in a 20-2 loss Monday night in Brewton.
The Orioles scored five runs in the first inning, six in the second, two in the third and seven in the fourth while holding the Yankees to one run in the first and second innings.
Of the 20 runs for the Orioles, only eight were earned as the Yankees made seven errors in the loss.
At the plate for the Orioles, Kieon Smith was 1-for-4 with a double and one RBI while Caden Lodge was 1-for-2 with a double. Dominique Jackson was 2-for-4 with two triples and two RBIs and Zac Griffin was 1-for-2.
Justin Sessions was 1-for-3 with a double and one RBI and Jared Salter was 2-for-2 with two RBIs.
Tyler Reid was 1-for-3 with one RBI and Landon Salter had one RBI. Christian Mancil was 1-for-3 in the win.
On the mound, Smith earned the win going three innings and allowing five hits, two earned runs, walked one and struck out three.
Sessions went the final inning and walked one and struck out one.
For the Yankees, Markail Mitchell was 1-for-3 and Hunter Harp had one RBI. Rob Jones and Robert Young were both 1-for-1.
Dalton Shell was 1-for-2 along with Dakota Graves who had one RBI.
On the mound, Hunter Harp took the loss going one inning and allowing six hits, 11 runs, five earned, walked and struck out two.
Cam Easterling pitched two innings and Tim McDonald pitched one in the loss.

Cardinals 4, Indians 2
With the game tied at 2-2 in the bottom of the fifth, the Cardinals plated two runs to get a 4-2 win over the Indians.
The Indians led 1-0 after the top of the first only to see the Cardinals score two in the bottom of the inning to take a 2-1 lead. The Indians tied the game at 2-2 in the top of the second and the scored stayed tied until the fifth inning.
At the plate for the Indians, Brandon Carmichael was 1-for-3 with a double and Keaton Parker was 1-for-3 for the only two hits of the game.
Tyler Joyner took the loss on the mound coming in relief in the fifth inning. Joyner went two innings and allowed three hits, two earned runs, and struck out two.
Rob Stokes started the game on the mound for the Indians and Parker pitched two innings.
For the Cardinals, Nick Laster was 1-for-2 and Miles Powell was 3-for-3 with a triple and one RBI. James Peach had one RBI in the win and Jake Najor was 1-for-3. Cody Carter was 1-for-3 with a double.
Darby Black started the game and took the no decision while Miles Powell picked up the win in relief.
Black went three innings and allowed one hit, two runs, none earned, walked two, struck out five and hit one. Powell went four innings and allowed one hit, one walk and struck out eight.

Tuesday: Orioles 7, Cards 4
The Orioles used a five-run second inning to take a 7-4 win over the Cardinals.
For the Cardinals, Todd Mayo was 2-for-3 with one RBI and Powell was 1-for-3 with two RBIs.
For the Orioles, Smith was 1-for-3 and Lodge was 1-for-2. Jackson was 1-for-3 with a homerun and three RBIs.
Black and Powell pitched for the Cardinals while Lodge pitched for the Orioles.

Yankees 8, Pirates 1
The Yankees picked up their first win Tuesday with an 8-1 win over the Pirates.
Blackman and Jones pitched in the win while Alex O’Keane and Taylor Elliott pitched in the loss for the Pirates.
For the Yankees, Jones was 1-for-1 and Tim McDonald was 1-for-4 with a double and three RBIs.
Colton Morris was 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Shell was 1-for-2 with one RBI.
For the Pirates, O’Keane was 1-for-3 and Lane Chavers was 1-for-2 along with Logan Allen. James Smith was 1-for-1.

Thursday: Indians 10, Pirates 3
The Indians used a seven-run fifth inning to take a 10-3 win over the Pirates.
At the plate for the Indians, Carmichael was 1-for-2 with a double and Parker was 1-for-3. Joyner and Trippe Floyd had one RBI and Stokes was 1-for-1 with a triple.
Mike Williams was 1-for-2 with a single and two RBIs.
Trin Miller had one RBI and Christopher Gehman and River Johnson were both 2-for-3.
For the Pirates, Malcolm Hawthorne was 2-for-4 and Elliott was 1-for-3. Damion Williams was 3-for-3 with two doubles and Chavers was 1-for-2. Glass was 1-for-3 with a double and O’Keane was 1-for-3.
Stokes, Parker and Carmichael pitched for the Indians while Glass, Smith and Chavers pitched for the Pirates.

Cards 6, Yankees 4
The Cardinals picked up their first win of the season with a 6-4 win over the Yankees.
Black and Powell pitched in the win for the Cardinals while Easterling, Jones and McDonald pitched for the Yankees.
For the Cardinals at the plate, Laster was 1-for-4 and Powell was 1-for-2 with a double and one RBI.
Peach was 1-for-3 with one RBI and Swain was 2-for-3. Manning was 1-for-2 with a double and Mayo was 1-for-3 with a double.
For the Yankees, Jones was 1-for-3 and Morris was 2-for-3 with a triple and four RBIs.
Harp was 3-for-4 and Graves was 1-for-4.
