The W.S. Neal Quarterback Club has come up with a unique way to get a sidewalk to go around the new stadium at W.S. Neal High School. They have decided to sell sidewalk sections to the public. This can be done in memory of someone, in honor of someone or just because someone might want to have their own part of the sidewalk that will last a very long time.
The sections of the sidewalk are about six inches by 13 inches and have an inlay of granite stone that
can be ingraved with as many as 20 letters for the price of $150. Each additional letter is $1. Buyers are to be given a certificate that they can keep or pass along to someone else.
Members of the quarterback club hope that people will buy the plaques in honor of those that have had a part in the life of W.S. Neal School. Todd Williamson, president of the W.S. Neal Quarterback Club can be contacted for additional information or to take orders for sidewalk sections. He may be reached at 3823 Ridge Road, Brewton, Ala. 36426, 809-0005 or call Linda, his wife, at 867-3162.
