Bay Minette
Miss Allie Cox Rigby, 90, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002 in Bay Minette. She was a native of Bratt, Fla., a former resident of Pensacola and a resident of Bay Minette for the past five years. She had been a site manager for the Council on Aged in Bratt and Pensacola and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Pensacola.
She is survived by two daughters, Sylvia C. Watford of Bay Minette and JoAnne Nall of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Holllis Rigby of Tampa, Fla. and Rev. Cary L. Rigby of Northport, Ala.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 16, at 3 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Gene Verner officiating. Burial followed at Godwin Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Steven Malden, Jonathan Little, Randy Rigby, Hewell Rigby, James Malden and Scott Nall.
