The Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce is asking for nominations for Citizen of the Year for 2002. The winner will be announced at a banquet in their honor on Thursday, Feb. 13.
In order to receive the honor, the nominee must live in the Brewton or East Brewton area and have lived in the area for at least three years. The recipient's achievements must have contributed to the enrichment of the Brewton or East Brewton area in one or both of the following areas:
All nominations must be turned into the chamber office by Thursday, Jan. 30. Envelopes should be addressed to the Chamber of Commerce; Citizen of the Year 2002; 1010-B Douglas Ave.; Brewton, AL 36426.
