Mrs. Georgia S. Chaudron Jerkins, 85, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003 in a Brewton nursing home after an extended illness. She was a native of Monroe County, was retired from Vanity Fair and was a member of Range Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a grandson.
She is survived by three sons, H.R. Chaudron of Monroeville, Leon H. Chaudron of Foley and Garland K. Chaudron of Brewton; one granddaughter; three grandsons and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. at Craver's Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Boatwright and Dr. Stephen Yuhasz officiating. Burial will follow in Sowell Field Cemetery in Goodway, Ala. with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
