Mrs. Laura MayBell Burnham O'Bannon, 87, died Monday, March 24, 2003 at a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County and was a retired draw twist operator with Monsanto Corporation. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Bobby Frazier and Sam Frazier, both of Brewton and Buddy O'Bannon of Brewton; one daughter, Sharon Kirkland of Brewton and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 26, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
