Mr. Elwyn H. Clark, 68, died Friday, May 9, 2003 in Bay Minette. He was a native of Elmira, N.Y., a former resident of Olympia, Wash. and a resident of Flomaton for the past eight years. He was a member of the NRA, a veteran of Vietnam, retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years and a volunteer teacher at Flomaton and Huxford.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judy Clark of Flomaton; a son, Matthew Daniel Clark of Flomaton; two daughters, Stephanie Ann Reaves of Flomaton and Kellie Ann Best of Atmore; a brother, Rodger Clark of Lincoln City, Ore. and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 12, at 5 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with President Bill Beech and Elder Pete Coon officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Matt Reaves, Matt Clark, DeeJay Best, Tommy Fore, Pete Coon and Bill Beech.
