Mrs. Callie Josephine Wilson, 94, died Sunday, July 6, 2003 in a local hospital. She was a native and life long resident of Pollard. She was a social worker for Community Action, and was a member of the Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Hudson Sr., and a grandson, Brian Keith Walsh.
She is survived by two sons, Gerald Hudson of Pollard, Allen Hudson of Lynn Dale, Texas; four daughters, Anna Laura Hamilton of Huntsville, Barbara Comalander of Pensacola, Elaine Lambeth of Flomaton and Patricia Walsh of Pace; 11 Grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 8, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Homer Stewart and Rev. Joel McGraw officiating. Burial followed at Pollard Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers were: Al Hudson, Stanley Hamilton, Darrell Lambeth, Gerry Thomas Jr., Harold Comalander Jr. and Rodney Walsh.
