Mr. James Thomas Sladek, 72, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003 in a Pensacola hospital after a brief illness. He was a native of Memphis, Tenn. and a long-time resident of Escambia County. He was a retired small appliance repairman.
He is survived by a sister, Roseann Synder of Corpus Christi, Texas and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services were held Monday, July 7, at 11 a.m. at Fort Crawford Cemetery with Rev. George Nall officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
