Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Randall E. Lambeth and spouse, Stella M. Lambeth, to Associates Financial Services Company of Alabama, Inc. on March 3, 1998, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Escambia County, Alabama, in Book 164, Page 13, CitiFinancial Corporation 216, LLC f/k/a Associates Financial Services Company of Alabama, Inc., under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Escambia County Courthouse, in Brewton, Alabama, on July 31, 2003, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Escambia County, Alabama, to-wit:

Community Action of Baldwin, Escambia, Clarke, Monroe and Conecuh Counties is soliciting bids for weatherization work and materials for any one county individually or all five counties collectively. Contractor must have had previous experience with weatherizing homes, must be willing to provide proof of experience and willing to receive manual training for the Weatherization Program and furnish own tools and transportation. Must have ability to purchase material and incurred expenses for a minimum of 30 days. A bid bond is required for a contract expected to exceed $10,000. Contract award will be made as soon as possible after bid opening. Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation insurance is required. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The City of Atmore of Zoning Adjustments will hold a Public Hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at the Atmore City Hall located at 201 E. Louisville Avenue.
