Mrs. Ester Mae Singletary, 47, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2003 at her Brewton residence. She was a native and life-long resident of Escambia County. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her father, Gaynoe Creamer and a brother, Bill Creamer.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Singletary; her mother, Ester Randie Creamer of Flomaton; three children, Amanda Townson of Bratt, Fla., Anthony Garrett of Atmore and Cherra Garrett of Brewton; two step-children, Andy Singletary and Merrilee Riley; six brothers, Albert Gaynoe Creamer Jr. of Magnolia, Texas, Donnie Ray Creamer of Flomaton, Raymond Lorenzo Creamer of Pensacola, Fla., Jerry Nathan Creamer and Jimmy Wayne Creamer of Houston, Texas and Jay Hugh Creamer of Atmore; two sisters, Frances Steele of Brewton and Vonceil Weaver of Magnolia, Texas; two grandchildren and on step-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 26, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home. Burial followed at Calvary Baptist Cemetery in Allentown, Fla. with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
