Dear editor,
We want to give thanks and our appreciation to our law enforcement agencies in our area for their rapid response time when our loved one had to call 911 after being robbed on her job at knife point. They are East Brewton Police Department, Brewton Police Department Escambia County Sheriffs Department and tracking dog officers.
Also, we would like to especially thank EMT Debbie Johns for being there when Shirley needed a friend in time of trouble.
Next, thanks to all the customers and friends who were so concerned. Just to let them know, Shirley and baby are doing just fine.
It is so great to live in a town where people care about people in plain old everyday living. But most of all we give praise to the Lord for His protecting hand on our loved one, as this bad situation could have been a lot worse if He wasn't in control.
