Mrs. Euniva Carroll Brantley Mills, 91, died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2003 at her residence on Jay Road. She was a native and life-long resident of Escambia County, Ala. She owned and operated the Union 76 Station at Riverview for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, George H. Brantley and George P. Mills; a son, Bobby R. Brantley; a grandson, William C. Brantley Jr. and a brother, Grady B. Carroll.
She is survived by one son, William C. Brantley of Brewton; three daughters, Bonnie June Adams, Kathleen Davis and Betty B. Jackson, all of Brewton; two brothers, Owen Carroll of Brewton and Clyde Carroll of Cantonment; one sister, Hazel Schad of Milton, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 13, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Dr. Stephen Yuhasz officiating. Burial followed at Odom Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were her grandsons, George Brantley, David Davis, Dennis Adams, Ed Jackson, Mark Brantley and David Adams. Honorary pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons.
