Mrs. Patricia Ford Lambeth, 75, died Thursday Nov. 13, 2003 in a Gulf Breeze hospital after a brief illness. She was a native of Southampton, England and a long-time resident of Flomaton before moving to Gulf Breeze seven years ago. She was a member of Navarre First Baptist Church and a retired nurse from D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital with 31 years service.
She is survived by her her husband, James Lambeth of Gulf Breeze; three sons, Glenn Lambeth of Navarre, Terrell Lambeth of Smithville, Va. and Steven Lambeth of Flomaton; three daughters, Evelyn McFadden of Flomaton, Betty Ann Folsom of Cairo, Ga. and Doreen Freeman of Andalusia; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 15, at 3 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Moritz and Rev. Ricky Freeman officiating. Burial followed at Catawba Springs Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
