Mrs. Charlotte Mae Pickens, 74, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003 at her residence. She was a native of Camden and a resident of Atmore for many years. She was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Pickens and two grandchildren.
She is survived by five daughters, Lillie Patterson of Winter Haven, Fla., Annie P. Williams of Camden and Pearl A. Brown, Sheila Walker and Shirley Boggan, all of Atmore; two sons, Pastor Charlie Etheridge of Atmore and Theron Stallworth of Huntsville; one step-daughter, Wanda Jean Gulley of Repton; two step-sons, George Adams of Washington, D.C. and Warb Morris of Mobile; 35 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m. at First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Atmore with Bishop Charlie Etheridge officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
