Emory Clinton "Clint" Turk

Mr. Emory Clinton "Clint" Turk, 60, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003 in a Florida hospital. He was a native and life-long resident of Flomaton. He attended the Friendship Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, George and Eva Turk and a brother, Roy Turk.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Turk of Flomaton; three daughters, Tammy McCann of Bratt, Fla., Debra Simmons of Panama City, Fla. and Chasity Pettis of Pineview; three brothers, George Thomas Turk Jr. of Mobile, Curtis Turk of Flomaton and Bobby Turk of Pennsylvania; a sister, Wilma Turner of Flomaton; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Jan. 1, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. James Hughes and Rev. Mike Henderson officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery.
