Mrs. Eunice Elizabeth Fowler, 83, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2004 at a Baldwin County hospital. She was a native of Mobile and a resident of Booneville for the past 25 years. She was a member of OES Clayton Chapter 306 and attended several Protestant churches. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eunice Keoughann and a grandson, Owen Fowler.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Vories Fowler of Booneville; two sons, Dr. Jeffrey Vories of Pueblo, Col. and Thomas Fowler of Booneville; four daughters, Judith Anita Emde of Orlando, Fla., Dr. Marcia Elizabeth Fowler Simmons of Sanibel, Fla., Patricia Sue Keoughan of Fairhope and Kathryn Cornelia Miller of Germantown, Tenn.; a sister, Mary Jewel Edwards of Weaver, Ala.; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. C.L. Langford officiating. Burial followed at Booneville Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
