Mrs. Linda Spears Roberson, 61, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2004 at her residence. She was a native of Century, Fla. and lived most of her life in the Flomaton area. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Century.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis Spears of McDavid, Fla. and James Spears of Flomaton; two daughters, Debbie Kornegay and Sue Kornegay, both of Flomaton; one step-son, Houston Roberson Jr. of Pineview; one step-daughter, Peggy Parkinson of Andalusia; two brothers, Eddie Dunsford of Century and Buck McCurdy of Bluff Springs, Fla.; two sisters, Faye Scott of Byrneville, Fla. and June Odom of Century; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Green officiating. Burial followed at Pineview Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Michael Kornegay, Jason Spears, Josh Spears, James Spears, Denny Spears, Scottie Steele, William Odom and Buzzy Odom.
