Mrs. Daisy Andrews Smith, 87, died Friday, March 15, 2004 at a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Conecuh County and a long time resident of Brewton. She was a member of Brewton Community of Christ Church and was a former cafeteria employee at North Brewton School.
She is survived by one son, Buck Smith of Brewton; two daughters, Sandra Smith and Jean Morris, both of Brewton; a sister, Sue Bryant of Brewton; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews and her constant care givers, Betty Young and Linda Franklin.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 17, at 10:30 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with High Priest Ray Langham and Rev. Ricky Hart officiating. Burial followed at Zion Hill Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
