Beginning Thursday, April 15, the Brewton Fire Department will be flow testing the city's fire hydrants -- a process that is expected to take three to four weeks, said Brewton fire chief Lawrence Weaver.
The fire department will start testing on the south end of town and work north, updating the public on their progress via WEBJ radio.
If anyone notices discoloration of their water during this time, contact the fire department at 867-7165
