Mrs. Juanita Rose Key Bailey, 78, of Old Castleberry Road, died Sunday, May 2, 2004 in a Pensacola hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Memphis, Tenn. and a former resident of Cherokee Village, Ark. before moving to Brewton in 1994. She was a member of North Brewton Baptist Church and was a retired secretary from the city of Memphis with 10 years service.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Earl Bailey of Memphis and Lee W. Bailey of Maurmelle, Ark.; a daughter, Cindy Lannom of Brewton; a brother, Charles Key of Camden, Tenn.; two half-brothers, Howard Key of Forrest City, Ark. and Jerry Key of Jackson, Tenn.; three half-sisters, Ruby Johnson of West Helena, Ark., Pearlie Hughes of Williston, Tenn. and Sue Maynard of Memphis, Tenn.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 5, at 10 a.m. at Family Funeral Care Funeral Home in Memphis. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
