Mr. James Lewis "Jack" Williamson, 80, died Friday, May 21, 2004 in a Bay Minette hospital. He was a native and long-time resident of Brewton. He had worked for Keego Clay Products and was a member of Catawba Springs Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He was preceded in death by a son, John Richard Williamson.
He is survived by his wife, Clara Williamson of Brewton; one daughter, Mary Charlene Cartwright of Brewton; two sisters, Mary Louise Hill of Pensacola, Fla. and Betty Ann Spears of Mobile and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 24, at 2 p.m. at Catawba Springs Baptist Church with Dr. Stephen Yuhasz officiating. Burial followed at Catawba Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
