Mrs. Nannie Ruth McDaniel Sherrer, 82, died Monday, June 28, 2004 in an Enterprise medical facility after an extended illness. She was a native of Longford, Ala., a former resident of Brewton and a long-time resident of Enterprise. She was a former member of Alco Methodist Church and a retired payroll clerk.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Berry of South Carolina; a sister, Lilly Belle Cockrane of South Carolina; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces, Mary Jeanette Ryals, Lucille McDill and Pat Cockrane and nephews, Charlie McDaniels and James Barnes Jr.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 30, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
