Mrs. Kathleen Boyette Palmer, 81, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Bethel, Ala., and a lifelong resident of East Brewton. She was a retired seamstress with Judy Bond Fashions and a member of First Assembly of God in East Brewton.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy Palmer of East Brewton; a son, Byron Palmer of East Brewton; four daughters, Geraldine Anthony, Barbara Selman and Karen Yuhasz, all of Brewton and Cathy Sue Jernigan of East Brewton; two brothers, L.D. Boyette of Brewton and Charles T. Boyette of Pensacola, Fla.; two nephews; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Bush and the Rev. Steve Yuhasz officiating. Burial followed at Bradley Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
