As part of the Brewton Community Association's continuing efforts to promote this area, the group is seeking entries in a contest to design a community Christmas card.
Art should follow the theme: "Christmas in Brewton: Past or Present," and is welcome in any medium, from photography to crayon.
This is a great effort to promote the community and a great opportunity for an artist to get his or her work featured. We encourage the creative in our community to submit their work for consideration. The rest of us need to participate in this project by casting a vote for submitted art at The Cracked Pot between Sept. 18 and Oct. 2, and by purchasing the cards and related promotional items.
Selling our community to the outside world is the responsibility of each of us who live and work here. Make sure you're doing your part!
