A Brewton man was involved in a fatal wreck on I-65 Thursday.
The wreck killed James Broussard, of Piedmont, S.C. He was 42 years old and pronounced dead at the scene.
Marvin Franklin, of Brewton was taken to the University of South Alabama Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
According to reports, Franklin's Chevrolet Camaro was headed southbound in the northbound lane of I-65 when it collided with Franklin's Kia sedan.
The wreck occurred near the 45-mile exit near Perdido.
The accident is still under investigation by the Alabama Highway Patrol.
