Dr. and Mrs. Philip Terrell of Pass Christian, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tyra Terrell, to Ollie L. Bailey Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Bailey Sr. of Brewton.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Malinda Conaway of West Point, Miss., and the late Arthur Conaway Jr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ledell Terrell of Bay St. Louis, Miss. She is a 2002 graduate of Pass Christian High School and attends The University of Southern Mississippi and will graduate in 2005.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Sadie Clack of Brewton and the late Robert Clack, Arthur Bailey of East Brewton and Cora Bailey of Brewton. He is a 1999 graduate of T.R. Miller High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Mississippi where he earned a bachelor of science degree in biological sciences. He is currently working on his master's in business administration at William Carey College. He is employed with Hancock Bank.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church in Pass Christian, Miss.
