Emmett Dwain "Wayne" Clark

Mr. Emmett Dwain "Wayne" Clark, 65, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004 in Bluff Springs, Fla. He was a native of Cullman, a former resident of Cantonment, Fla., and a resident of Bluff Springs, Fla., for the past three years. He was a member of the Ensley Masonic Lodge, a past member of the Ensley Pipefitter Local, and attended the Pentacostal/Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Riley and Lennie Clark; a brother, Tice Clark; and three sisters, Ethel, Doris, and Hazel.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Clark of Bluff Springs, Fla.; one daughter, Pam and John Turner of Cantonment, Fla.; his mother, Helen Clark of Cantonment, Fla.; three step-daughters, Brenda, Val, and Christ, and Elaine and Doug; two brothers, Joyce Clark of McDavid, Fla.; and Ralph Clark of Lowndesboro; one sister, Faye Nickolson of Hudson, N.C.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and a special friend, Gary Griffis of McDavid, Fla.
Pallbearers were Edward Weekley, P.J. Barnes, Doug Ard, Chris Hodges, Rodney Archer, and Ray Archer.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Mitch Herring officiating. Burial followed in the Byrneville Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
