Mrs. Iver Lee Jackson, 86, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, in a Mobile hospital. She was a native of Lenox and a resident of Range. She was a school teacher and principal at Range School and worked at the post office in Range. She was preceded in death by her husband, Myles Jackson.
She is survived by a brother, Robert Kenneth Robinson; sisters, Vivian R. Fore of Mobile and Mary R. Bradford of Chickasaw; a number of nieces and nephews and many friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Cravers Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas Smith officiating. Burial followed at Catawba Cemetery with Cravers Funeral Home directing.
