Charlotte and Curtis Moye of Flomaton announce the engagement of their daughter, Tonya Boutwell, to Terry Williams of Flomaton, son of the late Leroy and Mary Williams of north Alabama.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Janice Turner of Century, Fla., the late David Turner of Jay, Fla., and Devere Moye of Flomaton.
Both Boutwell and Williams are employed with FEMA Construction.
The wedding is planned for Jan. 15, 2005, at 2 p.m. at the home of the bride's parents. All friends and family are invited to attend.
