A committee of the Brewton Board of Education and the Brewton City Council have been exploring possible locations for a new Brewton Middle School. In light of that, The Brewton Standard asked a few people how they felt about the possibility of a new school and where would they put it if there were to be a new one.
Phyllis Crawford, who works in the district attorney's office, voiced some of the same thoughts.
Doug Prater, who is the principal at Brewton Middle School, is perhaps the closest to the situation.
