Mrs. Mildred Stuckey Killam, 81, died Saturday, March 8, 2005, at Jay. She was a native of Byrnville, Fla., and was a member of Poplar Dell Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Laura Ann Dunn and sisters, Robie Gillmore, Myrie Glass and Evelyn Hinson.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Claud H. Killam; three daughters, Shirley Dunn, Diane White, and Annette (Ladon) Hall; three sons, Clinton (Ann) Killam, Benny (Debbie) Killam and Dewayne (Audrey) Killam; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 7, at 2 p.m. at Poplar Dell Baptist Church with Jay Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were her grandsons, Jason Killam, Jeremy Hall, Brian Killam, Lucas Killam, Randall White and John Michael Dunn.
