Mrs. Mary Alberta Knowles, 91, died Friday, March 11, 2005. She was a member of the Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church and was preceded in death by her husband, William Lois Knowles.
She is survived by two sons, Kenny (Marcia) Knowles of Century, Fla., and Paul (Karen) Knowles of Flomaton; two daughters, Sue Watson of Montgomery and Peggy (Paul) Cortichiato of Spanish Fort; a brother, Robert McKenzie of Pace, Fla.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 12, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Homer Stewart officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Ronnie Knowles, Jeff Knowles, Kevin Knowles, Bill Babcock, Buster Crapps and Floyd Adams.
