Mrs. Annie Pearl Dixon, 54, died Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at her residence . She was a native and long time resident of Flomaton. She was a member of Fannie Baptist Church and was a certified tax provider. She was preceded in death by her father, Nathaniel Napps, and her stepfather, Jessie Williams.
She is survived by her husband, Bernard Dixon of Flomaton; her mother, Willie Pearl Williams Thomas of Century, Fla.; three sons, Sidney (Katrina) Dixon of Flomaton, Bernard (Nicole) Dixon of Century, and Calvin Williams of Pensacola, Fla.; six sisters, Diane Hayes of Flomaton, Mary F. Frazer of Pensacola, Brenda Thomas and Cinderella Thomas, both of Century, Princess (Keith) Thomas of San Diego, Calif., and Mittie Stallworth of Mobile; two brothers, Charlie (Shirley) Williams of Houston, Texas, Alfonza Williams of Atmore, and Jessie (Pearlie Mae) Williams of Bay Minette, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 9, at 1 p.m. at Fannie Baptist Church with the Rev. Hiriam Staton officiating. Burial followed at Fannie/Damascus Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
