Willie Mae Watson Golden

Mrs. Willie Mae Watson Golden, 80, died Sunday, May 15, 2005 in a local nursing facility after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County, Ala. She was a member of Pleasant Home Holiness Church, a retired sales clerk for Elmore's and a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Hosea Oliver (Pat) Golden of Brewton and Charles "C.H." (Sally) Golden of East Brewton; two brothers, Everett Watson of East Brewton and J.T. Watson of Riverview; two sisters, Eva Pearl Griffis of Prichard and Pauline Dorman of Gantt; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 17, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. G.W. Birdsong officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Home Cemetery in Flomaton with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
