Last week I gave you some recipes for use with blackberries. I hope you are enjoying them. I did put some blackberries in my freezer last week and am looking for a recipe that I can use to make a blackberry pie filling. I thought about it this week and decided that a blackberry stack cake would be great. That's the recipe that uses blueberry pie filling to make a blueberry stack cake with whipped cream
