Ms. Cathy Bibb Smith, 55, died May 18, 2005. She was a native of Brewton and attended Southern Normal School and Alabama A &M University in Huntsville. She is a member of Second Saint Siloam Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, William Deon Smith and Dwight Jerome Smith, both of Brewton; her father, Oscar Bibb Sr. of Pensacola, Fla.; a brother, Oscar (Patricia) Bibb Jr. of Milton, Fla.; several aunts and uncles and other relatives
Funeral services were held Monday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at Second Saint Siloam Baptist Church with the Rev. W.J. Blue officiating. Burial followed at Baptist Hill Cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
