When you think about the benefits of being active-it's difficult not to get excited. For me, being an almost 49-year-old mom to a 7- and 8-year-old, I need to stay active.
As part of a healthy lifestyle, making each day an active one is a positive plan for weight management and so much more.

The dictionary defines activity as a natural or normal function we participate in by virtue of being alive, liveliness, movement, or energetic action. This means that activity could range from a normal household activity like vacuuming (not my preferred choice) to a boot-camp work-out (more my style).
