The 2005-06 basketball schedules are tentatively set at both T.R. Miller and W.S. Neal with some changes from the previous season.
Most of the changes on the T.R. Miller slate center around tournaments. Both the Tigers and Lady Tigers have joined the Oxford Classic, which will be held December 22-23. The Lady Tigers are headed back to the Spring Hill College Tournament in Mobile after a two-year stint at Pensacola Catholic. That tournament will be held December 27-30, which is the same time frame of the expanded version of the T.R. Miller Holiday Boys Tournament. The TRM Holiday Tournament had been a three-day event, but will cover four days this upcoming season.
The Lady Tigers will return to the Emerald Coast Classic at Fort Walton Beach (Fla.) November 24-26 and both the Tigers and Lady Tigers will participate in the Escambia County Tournament at Flomaton December 8-10.
Also new on the T.R. Miller schedule is a trip to Hillcrest-Evergreen on January 7.
The Tigers and Lady Tigers will kick off next season on November 21 with a home date against Escambia County.
