Mrs. Estelle Burch Smith, 63, of Williamson Street, died Wednesday, June 15, 2005, at a local nursing facility after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County and was a homemaker. She was a member of Precious Grace Worship Center.
She is survived by three sons, Charlie Smith of Brewton, and Nolan Smith and Lamon Smith, both of East Brewton; one daughter, Debra Kay (Eddie) Brown of Riverview; two brothers, Earl (Clara Faye) Burch and Raymond Burch, both of East Brewton; two sisters, Bertha (Edward) Wilson and Everline (Sylvester) Beasley, both of Wallace; three grandchildren, Ruby Brown and James Brown, both of Riverview, and Charlie Brown of Panama City, Fla., and one great-grandson.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 17, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Cosey officiating. Burial followed at New Hopewell Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
