Judy Alford Hardy Morgan, 52, died Thursday, July 14, 2005, at her Brewton residence.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Brewton. She owned and operated Judy's Sewing and Alterations, and was a member of Friendship Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Odell "Butch" Alford.
She is survived by her husband, Gary R. Morgan of Brewton; her mother, Mrs. Pearl Alford of Castleberry; two sons, Larry Gene Hardy II of Flomaton, and John Edward Hardy of Muscle Shoals; a daughter, Julie Hardy Johnson of Flomaton; four sisters, Cathy Baggett Whitehead of Repton, Liz Harrison of Flomaton, Carolyn Madden of Appleton, Barbara Alford Tierney of Etheridge, Tenn.; and 13 grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 17, at North Brewton Baptist Church with the Rev. Reo Pugh and the Rev. Michael King officiating. Burial followed in Weaver Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
