Mrs. Agnes Lucille Rigdon Pearson, 78, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005 in Atmore. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Clyde Pearson.
She was a native of Monroeville and a resident of Atmore for the past 53 years. She attended the New Beginning Church.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James Pearson of Atmore; two sons, Ollie James Pearson of Mobile, and Thurl (Gayle) Pearson of Atmore; two daughters, Lillian (Kenneth) Nix of Brewton, and Frances (Al) Brown of Evergreen; a sister, Aline (Ken Didrickson of Seattle, Wash.; 12 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 2, at 10 a.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Britt officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Michael Pearson, Junior Pearson, Jeff Pearson, Joe Pearson, Anthony Pearson and Tim Pearson.
