Resistance, strength exercise helps cut fat

Shapeup Brewton is alive and kicking.  Twenty-three participants had their body fat and measurements done last week and most were pleasantly surprised.  Ideal body fat for a woman is 18 to 25 percent and 12 to18 percent for a man.  
With diligent resistance or strength exercise, you can decrease that percentage one to two percent a month. On the Shapeup activity journal there is a section under "body" titled Physical Activity.  I would like to clarify the activity pyramid, first off; let's try to be less sedentary.  This means:
