Mr. Aaron Taylor Miller, 81, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005, in a local hospital after a brief illness. He was a native of Trenton, Tenn., former resident of Jacksonville, Fla., and a long time resident of East Brewton. He attended East Brewton Baptist Church, was retired from the U.S. Navy with 21 years service, and was the former owner of Miller's Standard Station and Restaurant.
He is survived by one daughter, Donna Rae Miller of Enterprise; one brother, Jerry Wayne Miller of Union City, Tenn.; two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Kirkland and the Rev. Joe Johnson officiating. Burial followed at Green Acres Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
