Mr. Everett Jackson Gibson Jr., 49, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005, in a Pensacola hospital. He was a native and life long resident of Brewton. He was a carpenter by trade and was of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Way Gibson; a sister, Jacqueline White and a granddaughter, Carissa Ann Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Gibson of Brewton; a son, Tyson Lee Gibson of Brewton, a stepson, Jimmy J. Parker of Brewton; two daughters, Sherri Renee Davis of Fountain, Fla., and Terri Lee Sager of Brewton; three brothers, Phillip Gibson of Chester, S.C., Charles Gibson and Horace Gibson, both of Brewton; two half brothers, Chester Mooney and James Mooney, both of Brewton; four sisters, Diane Chavez, Sandra Gibson, Angie Hadley and Sheila Haveard, all of Brewton; one half sister, Judy Faye Palmer of Slocomb and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 15, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home. Burial followed at Cedar Creek Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
