Weather calls for gumbo

I'm aggravated this week.
The type weather we've been having lately has turned my thoughts to recipes that can be made in one pot and served with crackers or cornbread and you can call it a meal. You know what I mean. Chili. Soup. Gumbo. That sort of thing.
I decided to share a variety of gumbo recipes this week. That's when I got aggravated.
