Charles Sterling Hymel

Mr. Charles Sterling Hymel, 49, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2005, at his residence after a brief illness. He was a native of New Orleans, La., and a longtime resident of Jay, Fla., before moving to Pensacola. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired cook.
He is survived by two sons, Edward (Max) Hymel and Sterling Hymel, both of Brewton; two daughters, Stephanie Hymel and Tiffany (Jason) Williams, both of Milton, Fla.; one brother, Charles (Nina) Reardon of Flomaton; two sisters, Thelma (Ronnie) Watson of Jay, and Martha Harmon of Opelika; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Mitch Herring officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
