Mr. Leroy Thomas Nall, 85, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, at a local hospital. He was a native of Lenox and had lived in the Brewton area since 1977, coming from Belleville. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Navy. He had been a structural ironworker for the space industry. He won a gold medal in the Senior Olympics for bowling. He was a member of the Masons, the Shriners, the Elks, the American Legion and First Baptist Church of Brewton. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Leroy Wagner.
He is survived by his wife, Doreen Nall of Brewton; a daughter, Sharon (Dr. Jon) Wagner of Pensacola, Fla.; a brother, William Nall of California; a sister, Betty Leiken of Las Vegas, Nev.; two grandchildren, Suzanne Gibson of Milton, Fla., and Jason Wagner of Bangkok, Thailand; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Craver's Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 28, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Fitts officiating. Burial will follow at Ramah Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
