Use caution eating ‘light' at salad bars

Salad bars are now found in fast-food shops and supermarkets as well as sit-down restaurants, making fresh, light meals a healthful possibility.
Unfortunately, it's easy to lose track of what you're eating when faced with an array that may include not just greens, but also pasta salads, cheeses, hot breads, chili, macaroni and cheese, and even chocolate mousse for dessert.
